OK…I admit it. I didn’t get up early enough to work out. I had a couple of drinks last night and when my alarm went off I just didn’t get up. However, on a positive note, I didn’t oversleep. I still had plenty of time to do last night’s dishes. Who doesn’t love to wake up and do dishes from the previous night? But they are done and I won’t have to do them tonight. I have one more day this week to try to get up early. I don’t want to call it quits yet on this goal.
