I have been struggling in the exercise department.  Lately I have been having a difficult time getting out of bed early to lift weights.  When the alarm goes off I roll over, look out the window and it’s still dark.  I start making excuses and before I know it, I’ve fallen asleep again.  On a positive note though, I have been walking a lot more.  I have started to hop off the train much earlier in the mornings and walking further and on most evenings I will walk to a further stop.  And now that it is light out when I get home from work, I take my dog around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir.

I just need to find a way to fit in my longer walks (I’ve always preferred this method of exercise) and actual workouts.   Balance.  I need some balance.

But it is so hard.  This is so much more beautiful and enjoyable than push ups.
