This past Sunday we woke up early, well early for a Sunday, to watch the Australian Open final between Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal. It ended up being a grueling match that lasted 5 hours and 53 minutes. While I was delighted with the action, my dog was not thrilled that we missed our usual Sunday morning run to watch Nadal lose yet again to Djokovic. As I sat on the couch in my pjs, Miles made it clear he was not happy.

what an expression!
He has a way of telling me exactly how he feels!
I love your doggie! I also love your idea for the blog! ~Sherry~
Thanks Sherry! I think my dog is pretty cute, but I know I am totally biased. I’m following your blog now. It is always fun to meet someone who also loves to travel.
So lovely, so lovely…. Bless him. Thank you dear TBM, with my love, nia
Thanks Nia!
Awww Miles is gorgeous! I love his face on the photos! 🙂
Thanks! He does have his charm.
haha cute sleepy puppy huh
Thanks! He was pretty tired and bored that day.
I wish I had watched the match, it was incredible just to hear about the next day on sports radio. I went afterward and watched highlights on ESPN dot com. Wow!
Your dog is the cutest. Cracks me up. I forwarded the email version of your post to my wife and daughter as I know they will “awwww….” when they see him.
It was one of the better finals matches I have seen. So many twists and turns. Both players really went at it that night. It was really unfortunate since right when Nadal turned the match around there was a rain delay. Horrible timing!
Thanks! Miles thinks he’s the cutest as well. He gets really hurt feelings when people don’t say hi to him during his walks.
Awww, poor little thing. His look is priceless!
He made me feel so guilty!
That look. Lol. So cute. He is sulking.
I always meant to ask how they adjusted. No problem for them, not even for Atticus?
Oh he knows how to sulk when he isn’t getting his way! They have adjusted pretty well. Both of them hated the flight over here, but since then they are back to normal. Our flat here has more windows to look out and Atticus is loving that.
How cute! My dog loves when we sit and watch tv. I think he likes curling up under a blanket as much as I do.
Your dog likes to get under the blanket too? I love it when Miles does that. And he’ll put his little head on a pillow…so cute.
Ha, your dog is giving you the ‘lazy eye’ – so funny!
Lynn 😀
Thanks Lynn. He is a character.
He certainly let his feelings be know – and I’m on his side !!!
LOL…he’s not shy about telling me how he feels.
That look looks all-too familiar…
🙂 Don’t you hate the guilt card?
Aww! He doesn’t look happy… poor guy 😛
🙂 I know! I did feel bad while I watched tennis!
Adorable! haha and yes, his eyes says it all 😉
Don’t they…animals are so expressive. It amazes me!
I know how you feel Miles!!! I also feel unhappy when Mommy prefer to read more than playing with me
Oh Kame I bet you know how to make your mom feel guilty when she’s ignoring you. I know Miles does!
awww I love pictures, especially the second one! He clearly is not happy 😀
He knows how to pout!
Oh bless him!
🙂 I think he’s a cutie even when he is sulking.
Look at that face. I would be powerless to resist whatever he wanted!
LOL…and he knows his power!
