One of my favorite quotes by Mark Twain is “Be good and you will be lonesome.” Actually I have this quote on one of my pint glasses, which means that I adhere to his advice. Have a wonderful and safe weekend everyone!

🙂 I can see that point of view. For me, I view the quote as more playful, but I can definitely see the dark side of it as well. That’s one of the things I love about Twain. His humor is also social commentary and makes me think.

It’s a statutory holiday in 3 of the Canadian provinces, and it’s a welcome break during the time when everyone has the February blahs!! 🙂
That’s pretty cool. I know the States have a 3 day holiday as well for Presidents Day. Hopefully this will help ease the blahs.
