After a difficult hike, we were rewarded by seeing this waterfall in the Pico Bonito Rainforest in Honduras.
Hey, I have a waterfall picture to post tomorrow, but it is definitely not from an exotic place like that!!! That looks positively enchanting!
I’m looking forward to seeing your waterfall. I love them no matter where they are.
I think I read about Pico Bonito in an Audubon magazine. Did you see amazing birds?
Yes! They are beautiful there. One family that was staying at the lodge had a professional bird guide with them and they were looking for a rare bird. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the bird.
I love waterfalls, and it’s a beautiful photo. thank you!
Thanks! I love them too!
That must have been a fantastic sight. Did you refresh yourselves with the flowing waters?
Yes we did swim…it was a warm and humid day so the cool water was fantastic.
It must have felt wonderful.
Like a dream land… beautiful… Thank you dear TBM, with my love, nia
It was a wonderful place to see.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Love the picture!
I would like to see this waterfall as a wall tattoo 😀 Great photo 😀
It would be nice to see all of the time.
Waterfalls are so powerful aren’t they?
How long was your hike?
It wasn’t too long, 1-2 hours. The difficult part was you had to cross slippery rocks. The guide literally pointed out where to step and where to place our hands to get past the dangerous spots.
The musical sounds of a waterfall – I would have stayed and listened for a good while … as long as there weren’t any creepy crawlies creeping and crawling.
Well you might have to ignore the creepy crawlies.
What a lovely sight – so refreshing!
And the water felt great!
So calming…. always love waterfalls
They are divine!
That´s so beautiful I can almost hear the water!
It was a wonderful sound. I miss it.
i love all your photo’s always.. but some just have a little more “something” that make them even more gorgeous
Thanks Deslily. That is very kind of you to say!
Nature at its finest. How beautiful.
