I feel like this guy today. It has been pouring in London since last night. And I feel like getting out since I’m antsy. Maybe I will head to a museum or something. This photo was taken from the towers of Notre Dame in Paris, France.

Perfect shot of a glum gargoyle!
Okay, TBM, I know you’re always up for a challenge, so after trekking to the museums in the pouring rain, why don’t you check this out:

Maybe it’ll cheer you. 😉
I’m thinking on this one…thanks for the challenge. You know how I love them 🙂
ahhhh Paris!
I’m already missing it.
Cute Gargoyle 🙂
Thanks Madhu
must admit all the rain makes it a bit difficult to stay dry.
I feel your pain. I’m tired of the bottom of my pants looking like I just walked through a muddy puddle.
Love the gargoyles!
They have such personality!
He looks sort of bored or melancholy. Hope it clears up soon.
I think the rest of the week is off and on rain…good thing I’m stocked up on books.
Aww, the poor little guy looks so bored! It’s like he’s thinking, “how did I end up with guard duty again?!?” LOL
Seriously…but he does have a fantastic view!
Great pic… very gothic!
Thanks Hook!
Same with Sydney, dreary! I still managed to get out but it made me really angry that I even bothered to do my hair.. sad. I know.
Thanks for the laugh this morning…I didn’t do my hair either, but that isn’t so out of the ordinary for me. But I am tired of wearing my rain boots–they just aren’t attractive.
Rain in London? All I’ve ever seen is rain in London.
When I first moved here last year all we had were beautiful blue skies and wonderful weather. Since April, it has been pretty much rain. I’m hoping Wimbledon does not get rained out like the French Open.
it’s a beautiful spot in the city, almost quiet up there..
It was windy the day we went and that added to the charm. Great views and ambiance. The wind and cloudy skies really put me in the Gothic mood and I loved every minute.
I love this picture, great subject and very expressive 🙂
Gargoyles .. I’m a fan 😀
They are fun!
After a day of rain, I would feel antsy too ….
It has been several days of rain lately…Good thing there are lots of museums here.
Even one day is too much for me!! I definitely need to see the blue sky!
I’m okay with grey skies, but a little blue and a little warmth is needed. Today the sky is blue. I wonder if it will last all day. I hope so!
A fed-up looking gargoyle… Hey, maybe he’s just contemplating life and the changes in the area over the last couple of hudred years! 🙂 Hope you get some sun soon!
He does look fed-up…I wonder how many changes he has witnessed. I love thinking about stuff like that.
