The air feels crisper outside and the daylight hours are shortening. Autumn is just around the corner in London. However, the beautiful colors have not arrived quite yet. I’m still surrounded by green. For this challenge I’m sharing some pictures I took in London last year.

It feels as yesterday that we had autumn here in NZ! Spring is upon us for sure now
Gorgeous photos… love the colours.
Love autum in the UK – so very beautiful!
like the graveyard pic very much.
Excellent post for this week theme my friend ,Thanks for sharing đŸ™‚
Autumn is the season when the leaves on the trees begin to die and fall away. Very interesting you started your photo selections off in a cemetary. Although the leaves are dying off, they go out in a wonderful blaze of glory.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
We are still green here in Montreal too. I am planning a little jaunt into the Laurentian Mountains to get a taste of colour.
Beautiful shots.
I do SO love autumn, and spring… :0
Lovely colours! Love the last one of the London Eye!
Love this! I went for a run last week and was so surprised to see so many leaves on the ground already! I wonder will this winter be very bad, weather-wise…
I’m intrigued by the bracken in the cemetery, not what I would expect to see at all, nice photos of what is yet to come!
Beautiful shots!
Beautiful! Mine were largely last year’s too.
Nice shots and intro to autumn! It’s almost here.

Beautiful colours đŸ™‚ Everything looks really lovely. Jealous of your amazing walking trips!
Autumn is by far my favorite season. The leaves aren’t turning yet, but the ginko leaves are starting to fall, so that’s encouraging that fall is on its way. Gorgeous pictures of London, by the way.
Autumn is becoming my favorite season, at least now that it’s approaching I feel that way. When spring shows signs of appearing, I declare that it’s my favorite season. Thank you.
It’s been awhile since I’ve visited. Looks like you’ve settled into the English life quite nicely. I do envy you the wonder of living abroad…
…keep immersing yourself… đŸ™‚
I’m doing my best. London is a marvelous place to immerse yourself in. Thanks!
To me, the best season is the autumn, with all the jewel tone colors and earthy food. Nice pictures here, thank you.
Jewel tone colors. I like that!
Thank you. I am sure you will see some good examples of jewel tone colors in England. Enjoy them.

I’ll have to check out your photos. Thanks!
I left London a few weeks ago and was awed by its gumbo of charms. Your photos make me me want to revisit in this spectacular season.
I hope you can. Autumn is one of my favorite seasons. I loved “gumbo of charms.”
Autumn is my favourite season and these pictures demonstrate it so well.

Thanks Lynn
Lovely photos! I was in England once for the anniversary of the Battle of Hastings, and loved the fall colors.
That sounds pretty cool!
