Do you think this guard ever tires of staring at Victoria Falls?
No–nor would I. Beautiful.
I know I wouldn’t
I don’t know about him, but I know I would never get tired of it :).
Is that just beside the border post?
It’s on the Zambia side before you get to the point where they do the bungee jumping if I remember correctly.
I never would
I know I wouldn’t.
I sure wouldn’t! 🙂
No! I know I could look at a waterfall for hours on end because of the feeling of peace it brings.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
If I ever get up there, I’ll ask. 🙂
Don’t think so!
How could he?
I don’t know if you could get tired of awesome … maybe … I’d add a little music.
Sigh, maybe he was supposed to be looking the other way though and sneaked a quick peek at the falls!
I can’t blame him. I would probably get fired for always staring the wrong way.
A picture that speaks a million words 🙂
I hope you don’t mind if I reblog your link on my reblog page?
Don’t mind at all…and thanks!
Great photo, I know I would not tire of looking at it.
Having been to Niagara Falls Canada I’m going to say…no. Waterfalls are like lava lamps you get lost in the little nuances. Large water falls are just that much easier to get lost in. Great way to meditate.
I spent an entire evening staring at your beautiful falls a few years ago. They are mesmerizing.
Then as you stare..you catch yourself wondering why the hell people would be crazy/stupid enough to go over the falls in a barrel. 0_o
Have you seen the “Devil’s Pool” area in Victoria Falls? I think it’s inaccessible now, but look for pictures….it looks…fun 😉
I have seen it. At the time of our visit the water level was too high so no one could go out there. That would be fun but terrifying.
I wish I could just pop over and ask him!
No. I never tired of looking at the Victoria Falls. It changes each time you look at it. I never tired of walking through the rain forest, or walking along the path which runs along the mighty Zambesi River which empties into the Falls. Beautiful memories.
That does sound nice. I wish I had more time there. A couple of days is not enough.
This reminds me of home!
