I love winter. The cold. The snow. The fresh, brisk air. But I’ve had it. Winter came. It was wonderful. Now I’m ready for warmth. I want to feel the sun on my skin. And I’m tired of doing so much laundry. T shirts and shorts don’t add up so quickly.

Ah and it just snowed here!!
We’ve had tiny flakes of snow but they never landed on the ground.
I feel for you. I remember when it was all just too much and you were so done with it. Glad I don’t have to deal with it anymore… 🙂

Right there with you!!! But I guess if truth be known I don’t really love winter. I love the first nice white fluffy snow and then I am over it.
It’s always fun to look forward to the first snow…then it gets dirty, the cold lingers, and I start thinking of warmer days.

It’s still cold here right now and I think it’s colder than normal from what I hear. In the next month I hope the temperature warms up.
I like the look of pure, unaltered, freshly fallen snow. We have had a lot of snow this year, and we have received a few storms this week, with a big one that’s supposed to pound us tomorrow. I could use some sun and warmth right now, too.

i wouldn’t mind the winter here so much if we had snow. but we have rain, cold and dreary and basement flooding rain. i’m sick of the laundry and the furnace running – that oil burning is cutting in to my fun money! fall in southern virginia is perfect though. warm sunny days, no humidity and cool evenings. luckily fall seems to last til december.
I would love it if fall lasted longer, that’s my favorite season. And yes, heating bills are no fun.
i would like to spend some time with myself for a while over here some day.
