Go away! You aren’t wanted!

- I’m so bored. Can we go on our walk yet?

I love watching tourists. I remember how excited I was when I first moved here and saw all the objects that are associated with London.

When I was there, I took photos of every London icon that I found, and I even phoned home from one of the red phone booths just so I could say I did LOL. Pathetic eh?
Not pathetic–we do stuff like that all the time. It’s fun!
Yes, it is 🙂
That dog is no doubt downhearted by his inability to reach the panel above him.
I think you’re right.
We saw one of those phone booths at an antique store awhile back. I would like to have known the story, how it got to be on this side of the Atlantic. 🙂 I hope Miles returns to his happy, smiling self soon. He just needs to get out and chase the squirrels before they take over. 🙂
That is interesting about the phone booth. Miles gets so upset when I don’t let him chase the squirrels.
Miles is my favourite, hands down 🙂
Thanks Madu, don’t tell, but he’s my fave as well.
I am such a tourist…drives everyone mental but it is such fun to be…
I love watching people have fun
love the squirrel
He has a sweet face
The caption to go with the squirrel should be something along the lines of ‘I’ll just take a quick peek and see if she’s gone yet!’
Miles is so cute – you realise of course that is name is just an anagram for the smile – which he normally does a lot of!
Lynn 😀
Miles smile–that’s so cute. He was named Miles since he traveled a lot of miles when he was younger. He had no idea he would end up in London.
I actually thought you might have called him Miles on purpose for that reason – I mean he does look as though he’s smiling quite often! He’s like a canine smiley!
Lynn 😀
Oh trust me, this dog knows how to pout as well. That’s how he gets his way all the time.
Loving Miles and the phone booths!
thanks
Miles looks so cute! One of my favourite pictures! You must be feeling so happy everyday just watching him doze or playing around. Loved the squirrel picture too.
Miles makes me smile every day. He’s such a sweetheart.
It’s amazing how many great photos you can take of Miles, He is a star!
He won me over completely as soon as I met him. Atticus wasn’t as impressed right away 😉
a squirrel fell down my mother’s chimney-it had a piece of glass on it so he was trapped. she was afraid to let him out because its a 200 yr old house filled with family breakables that can’t be replaced. so she tried the have a heart trap so she could get him out – he was too smart. she started putting food and water behind the glass. he talked to her all day – probably cursing or begging or promising he wouldn’t break anything if she’d just let him out. after three weeks of her trying everything she could think of to get him out of there and him getting louder and madder everyday, she called animal control. she was adamant that after all this time, he was not to be killed but set free. she made the gentlemen put him in a cage and followed him in her car to make sure he let him go in a field by her house but far enough away that he couldn’t find his way back. i always imagined that somewhere the sound track from Born Free was playing.
Oh the poor squirrel. I do admire that your mom refused to let him get hurt. And yes, Born Free must have been playing. I loved that she followed him in her car. That’s dedication.
Those are great! The telephone booths really stand out!
