This is a great photo! Nice composition.
thanks dude!
Beautiful photo, love the water and sky colors in the background.
Thanks Patti–this place is a great place to take photos. Just point and shoot.
Never knew there were people who lived like this in Malaysia. Interesting.
I found it fascinating.
One does what one must do.
Very true. hard to imagine an entire life on the water.
At first, I thought it was taken in my country. Well, SEAsian countries have many geographical things in common,
I’ve been noticing that from blogs I follow. This was my first time in Asia and I know I want to explore more!
I think I already said, I’m packed and ready? You’re definitely convincing me. it’s beautiful. 🙂
I plan on writing more about the island and the rest of the trip soon. there are many places in Malaysia that I would suggest.
Very picturesque. More like a well crafted oil painting..
Thanks.
I am scared of anything on stilts. I would never venture into one those houses in the back ground. I would think it would come crashing down if I entered it.
Many years ago in school we used to have open air stages built on stills like this. I would not go up even to receive a prize. I would feign sickness and keep away from the program.
This was the first time I’ve ever seen houses on stilts up close. I found them interesting, but on a stormy day I’m not sure I would feel safe.
How interesting!
It would be unnerving for me to have to live over the water like that on stilts.
i think there might be an opening for you as a national geographic photographer. amazing!
thanks. I was fascinated by the gypsies. Soon I’ll share more information about them and more photos.
Asia has so many beauties. And you captured one of them perfectly! Im thrilled like a little child about goin back this month!
Oh have fun!
