Cats Galore

On Mabul Island we saw many cats at our resort and in the village.

Ok I admit it, I’m a cat lover. I think I may have been one in a previous life 😉

My fav is the line up on the wooden bench or table or whatever it is. They all looked related, btw. 🙂

So lovely dear TBM, the love of cats begins in the early years, how nice cat and child… Thank you, love, nia

I’ve always loved cats, but couldn’t have one as a pet until I was an adult. My parents are extremely allergic, but I’m not.

Beautiful pictures! Cats are so adorable – so many different colours, so much cuteness!

    Thanks for sharing.
I took so many pictures of cats in Morocco.

    • TBM says:

Are they mostly feral in Morocco as well? I love seeing them, but it does break my heart. I donated money on this island to a fund to help support that animals. I’m pretty much a sucker. You ask for money for animals and kids and I can’t refuse.

  11. It’s lovely to see them all looking so well and healthy 🙂

When we went to Dubrovnik there were lots of cats – all living wild but seemingly in perfectly good health! They were particularly interested in the people eating outside restaurants – hoping for pieces of fish and actually really not at all timid. Would come and sit on the chair next to you!

The cats look surprisingly clean and healthy. Are they pets or ferile? Not a cat fan myself, but I don’t necessarily hate them.

    • TBM says:

They are used to people being around, but I don’t think they are pets. They live there and coexist. There’s a group that do their best to take care of them.

your cat report made my day! my favorite: your img 1946 – the nap gang …

  15. I love kitties and I have enjoyed your pictures of these cats that appear to be healthy and fed. I love seeing the little girl petting the gray and white. Napping Cat Bench is funny!

  16. Fergiemoto says:

That’s a lot of cats! I remember coming across a lot of seemingly stray cats when I was in Greece.

  17. loved the photos. i am a cat person as well. my daughter just moved back from Melbourne, cat in tow. i swear he knew where he was going – 17 hours on a plane and he was calm as a cucumber and ready to roll.

Glad to hear he arrived safe and sound. I was nervous flying with my boys, but they made it. First thing Att did was climb up the fireplace. That’s blocked off permanently now.
