Does anyone know what this is? I found him in Danum Valley in Malaysia and I was too chicken to get closer. I love the horns even though they also scare me.

Goodness that is one amazing creature.
I thought he was interesting, from afar.
How cool is this critter! OMG, it’s the demon (Tim Curry) from “Legend”, slain by Tom Cruise (who was still a convincing “goodie” back then… ah, those were the days…

I’m guessing you’re older than 12. And to enjoy watching that six times, that’s probably the maximum age. So yes, you’re old.

Are we talking mental or actual age. I may be much older. Many say I was born a grandmother. I like rocking chairs, peace and quiet, and sweater vests. Oh and quilts over my legs, even in the summer.
LOL, people have been saying the same about me ever since I can remember… I can’t wait to get to 50 and for people to stop expecting me to do stuff I’ve never ever been into. Not long to go 🙂

Actually, my first thought was, “Stink bug!” Only with horns. So I asked Steven, and he thought it was a beetle, too. “Must be a leaf eater, especially since it’s on a leaf.” Like, duh. But it still looks like a bull bug to me.
I think I’ll stick with Bull Bug as well. Has character.

It sure is. There are so many creatures out there and I’m always curious about the ones that haven’t been found yet.
