We took Miles to the park early this morning for a rip-roaring game of fetch. I think he liked it, but is exhausted.

Can we do that every morning?

Time for a nap.

Oh Miles, your expressions make me laugh 🙂
I need to do a post on the many faces of Miles.
What a great photo of a lovely dog.
Thank you. I love my little guy.
Oh my, finally a glimpse of the famous Miles 🙂
As you can see, he’s camera shy
And very cute with it 🙂
Looks a bit like my friend’s dog (I know yours is not a pug):

Every week I’m asked if Miles is a: Frenchie or Pug. Boston Terriers aren’t as popular in London, however, there are three in our neighborhood.
You’ve clearly set a trend 🙂
Actually we were the last to arrive…story of my life!
That a way Dad! You continue to remember the ball after the pub banishment!
um, let’s not mention pub banishment so early in the day.
Sleep well, Miles.
I hope he does so I can get some work done.
These made me giggle. The second one looks like he’s saying, “What you you mean we can’t go back until tomorrow?!?! I want to go now! Oh wait, maybe I’ll have a little nap first :).”
I thought I was going to have to carry him home. He will chase a ball until he passes out from exhaustion. Not that I’ve ever let it get that far.
He has such an expressive face, makes me laugh every time.
He is a character, that’s for sure.
That is a fun start to the day, for parent and pup.
Only wish I could sleep the rest of the day like Miles.
Why can’t we be like them… run around .. then lie down and snooze…
And then he has the nerve to complain about being bored. He has no idea how good he has it.
Oh, he has the cutest face. 🙂
Thanks. I think he knows that. you should see how often he cons me.
Don’t see many Boston Terriers any more – my grandparents had one when I as very young, named Danny … this photo took me back.
Bostons are wonderful dogs. Not sure I can ever have a different breed now.
ah, I’m stuck on Labs myself.
Labs are great, but since we live in a flat we just can’t have a big dog.
Yes, a lab would be quite disruptive, it’s the tail. 🙂 Our Cooper is tall enough to survey the dining table, but happily well mannered enough not to touch. And we have a yard, several acres of field and a woods for him to play in.
The yard is key. I feel bad that Miles doesn’t have a yard. we take him on walks all the time and he loves to go to the park, but I know he would love a yard. Cooper–I love that name!
He’s too cute!
Thanks, Carol. I agree. The cat doesn’t.
What a smile 😀
He knows he can get away with anything if he gives me that smile.
I so feel you 😀
I take it I’m not the only sucker 🙂
Made me laugh with these photos! Miles is just so stinkin’ cute. 🙂
Thanks, I think so too, which is probably why he is spoiled rotten.
Oh what an adorable smile 🙂
He knows how to pour on the charm.
The cuteness strikes again!
Lynn 😀
Right now he’s snoring like a pig, but it’s still cute in a way.
“and Miles to go before I sleep. And Miles to go before I sleep” – this post puts a twist on Frost’s famous poem 😀
Yes! That’s wonderful!
Love both the pictures of Mies, TBM! Loved the second picture a little bit more 🙂
Thanks, Vishy. I got a couple photos of Att yesterday. Will try for a few more so you get a better sense of his grumpiness.
Great to know that, TBM! Can’t wait to see Att 🙂
Hope you don’t find photos of a cat sleeping. That’s his favorite hobby.
It’s good to see Miles. I’ve been missing him.
I realized the other day I hadn’t posted any recent photos. I’m trying to get some of Att, but he’s a difficult subject to take photos off.
Oh his face … Miles is such a comic without realising it TBM ..
That he is!
Love that face.. 😀
he gets away with a lot because of that face.
Fetching is hard work. Just ask Reggie. He won’t chase after anything at all – ball, frisbee, stick. I took him to the park this morning and he spent the time sniffing under a tree. I say, hey if that’s what you want to do, go for it! 🙂
Oh I wish Miles would be like that. He loves constant motion. Even when he’s tired, he won’t stop. I have to stop the game and he hates that. Give Reggie a pet for me. And I hope the sniffs were good this morning, Reggie.
so lovely, Blessing him. Thanks and Love, nia
Thanks, Nia.
Poor Miles. Hope he gets a lot of rest and recuperation.
Have a great weekend!
LOL, he was ready to go the next morning. I think I started a new thing that he won’t let me forget.
I love the first picture 🙂
he has a lot of personality. Right now he’s grumpy as can be. He wants to sleep, but the trash guys are keeping him awake. It’s tough being Miles. But he did go to the park first thing this morning.
Trash trucks … dogs always hate the early trash trucks. But I can’t blame them.
Miles hates all trucks that have that annoying beeping sound when backing up. It fires him up each time.
