    Haha–it isn’t a secret any longer!!!!

    • TBM says:

Nope. Will be my pub review this Friday. How’s Wyoming? I’m pretending I’m there with you.

      • Beth Ann says:

We did the tourist thing this morning and walked downtown Jackson and took touristy pics and got sweatshirts. No western themed teapots to be found yet. Sad face. Hiking and dinner at Calico for our anniversary tonight!

      • TBM says:

Seriously no teapots. that shocks me. Thank goodness for ebay. Hope you had a wonderful anniversary. How many years now–I think you said on your blog a while back but I can’t remember.

Yay for the secret beer garden & your avatar 😀 Lovely! There s just one question left; what s your name? I mean, after all the time we know each other here, I have never asked..*shame on me*

  13. Oh, your face matches your warm personality so well!
Hope you’re feeling better soon. 😉

    • TBM says:

Thanks, Carole. I do feel much better now. May go out today and hope I don’t experience the same thing when I wander by a cute pub.

  14. Carol says:

How pretty – I love the wall color with the flowers.

  15. Fergiemoto says:

Well, how about that! Sounds enticing and inviting! I can see why you suddenly feel ill.
It’s really nice to see a photo of you.
Also, I see that the commenting issue is improving. Hope it’s fixed. The comment you left on my posting today made it just fine.

  16. Something makes me think that no beer garden could remain a secret from you for long LOL!!! 🙂 I could really use a cold beer right now because it’s 88C in my house again tonight. Lots of reading outside after work once again and not much time on the computer, so if I miss commenting on anything I ask forgiveness ahead of time :). I am in my happy place!!

    • TBM says:

I was outside myself last night reading. I’m hooked on In Cold Blood–such a good book. What are you reading?

      • That sounds like a good book – true crime books are wonderfully creepy aren’t they? Last night I finished the 4th Game of Thrones book. It was really good (as usual), but there were so many characters and kingdoms to keep track of that I got confused quite a few times. Luckily there is always a list of characters at the back of the book which really helps.

Now I am reading The Cuckoo’s Calling on my Nook. That’s the new book by J.K. Rowling written under the name Robert Galbraith. However, I can’t read the Nook outside in the full sun because you can’t see the screen, so my outside book is The Prince of Mist by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. It was the first book he ever had published, and it’s a YA book. I read The Shadow of the Wind and really liked it, so when I found this for $2 I thought I would give it a try. I am also still trying to finish World War Z, but I’m having a really tough time with it. It’s not often that I don’t finish a book, but I may just have to give up on this one because it is just downright boring!!

      • TBM says:

Such a shame that the World War Z is so boring and yet you loved the film. Makes me wonder what the filmmakers saw in it–good thing for you they liked it. I’m curious about the Galbraith/Rowling book. How did she settle on the pen name I wonder. I so want to start the Game of thrones but need to find the time since I fear I’ll want to read them all at once.

Sorry I had to pause in the middle of this comment since the grumpy cat demanded food. I’m back. The name Carlos Ruiz Zafon rings a bell but I don’t know why.

Happy reading and try to stay cool today!

      • Going outside to read for a bit now before yucky old work. Have a fabulous day :).

  17. pattisj says:

I guess it’s not a secret any more!

  18. Sometimes you just have to pull a sickie! Love the photo – you have such a beautiful smile!

  19. He he… It’s no longer a secret beer garden, now that you’ve shown us this picture.
I haven’t been to Portobello in ages!

    • TBM says:

We live pretty close to Portobello and whenever we need London stuff to send home for gifts we head over. You can pretty much buy anything London there. It was really hot and crowded when we went so I was happy to find the “secret” beer garden.

  20. I couldn’t have resisted it.. 😀

  21. At last we get to see you. Instead of being greeted by a violet square next to TBM, it is nice to see the real you.

Thanks for commenting, I would love to hear from you.
