Many of you know that my dog, Miles, is a good sport. This past weekend I signed him up for a photo shoot. He wasn’t willing to sit still when we were outside since we usually play outside. Miles loves to play. Once we moved the shoot inside, he was a pretty good boy and smiled for the camera. Here are some of the shots plus a couple of photos I snapped the other night while walking by St. Paul’s Cathedral.

OMG, Miles actually smiles for the camera!! That is hilarious :). He looks very dapper in his Christmas attire, and after all that work modelling, I sure hope you took him for a play in the park! Love the pictures of St. Paul’s too – they’re gorgeous!
Miles loves being the center of attention, can you tell? We just got back from the park and now the storm is settling in so perfect timing. Hopefully he’ll sleep on his blanket the rest of the day. Fingers crossed for your parents and their safe arrival.

Miles is very festive looking !!!! I put a little reindeer thing on Buddy and he looked VERY indignant but I did manage to get a pretty decent shot of him before he slunk away. Holly had a cocktail dress that was about 10 sizes too small so she was not impressed at all as her bits were falling out all over the place. Micah said dressing animals up was a no no but it makes me laugh when I see one dressed up. 🙂 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, dear TBM!
You are much braver than me. We briefly considered putting the Santa jacket on Miles and then he gave us the stink eye so we stayed away. Poor Holly! It’s hard not to smile when you see how cute they look dressed up. And Miles loves the attention–just not outside. Happy holidays!

Miles is patient, unless it involves playing fetch. Just throw. I tried sitting outside yesterday to read and play fetch. He insisted I stop reading since I wasn’t fast enough!

It was lovely just hanging out with The Daughter. She is coming home for a bit on New Years Day so looking forward to that. I hope 2014 is a wonderful year for you my friend. Chevvy said to tell Miles she hopes he gets to play loads of fetch.
I love quiet holidays. The Better Half will be home soon and we plan on making a nice dinner tonight and watching movies. Have a wonderful time, Jo. And I wish you the best in 2014. Miles would love to play with Chevvy. Does Chevvy like to play the chase game? Miles is really good at that one as well.

Yes! That’s the game. I don’t quite understand it, but Miles loves that game. They would be so cute together, but two terriers can be trouble. I know for a fact that Miles outsmarts me every day.
